This stunning lakeside home near Keira’s Pool welcomes you with authentic coastal style and lots of little luxuries. Balconies and porches offer serene lake views, while inviting interiors combine gorgeous bedroom suites, a darling bunk room, and a gathering space where everyone will want to hang out together.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three pools, two lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private beach access, a playground, on-site restaurants, and Town Center events and activities.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Under the eye of an enormous, mounted swordfish, the second-floor family room features plush seating facing a cozy fireplace and wall-mounted TV. Window-lined walls and transoms under vaulted ceilings let in a flood of coastal light. The space flows to kitchen and dining area, defined by a handsome coffered ceiling. Seating for four at the kitchen island, for six at the round dining table, and on the balcony allow you to feed a crowd. Plus, you’ll have every kitchen convenience you need, including a wet bar, ice maker, and wine refrigerator.
The front balcony overlooks undeveloped dunes with views toward the Gulf, while the lakeview balcony offers tranquil outdoor seating for water views and a gas grill near an outdoor wet bar.
A first-floor sitting area offers a secondary place to lounge or watch movies.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Family and guests can choose among two king suites, two queen suites, and a bunk room suite. The primary king room on the third floor offers commanding views over grassy dunes and a luxe primary bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. A paneled nook has counterspace for storage or laptop use, while the private balcony offers Adirondack seating. On the second floor, a charming queen suite features a sliding barn door to a well-appointed private bath with clawfoot tub, shower, lots of storage, and pretty accents. A second-floor king suite presents blue-and-white charm and opens to a balcony lounging area. First-floor accommodations include a queen suite with wicker accents, private bath, and porch access, along with a bunk room with built-in twin bunks and private bath.

GREAT FEATURES: Woodwork has a coastal farmhouse vibe, from paneling on ceilings to shiplap and wainscoting on the walls, while tilework includes marbleized looks in showers and gleaming subway tile in the kitchen. Beach storage nooks in the first-floor entry give you a spot to store towels and more. In addition to grand balcony views, the rear, porch looks directly over the grassy yard and lake.
