CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF 50LBS OR LESS.
-Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Nice getaway!
Comfortable for two adults but gets a little tight adding kids… we were okay with it though as it was a last minute booking for us when our camping plans fell through due to storms. Property manager was excellent and so quick to fix any issues that occurred while we stayed. The location was awesome. The quickest walk to the beach. Such a must with little kids. And parking right outside the door made unloading and packing very simple.

Great Condo!
Overall the property was good. The apartment itself was very clean. Smelled great upon arrival. The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable but not a big deal. My only realy complaint would be the pool. I did complain to the office as this is on them. The pool was very dirty and appeared like they did not clean it daily, though they said they do. It also seemed like there was no chlorine in it. Other than that, the place was great and I would give them another chance.

Great escape to the seaside getaway
We loved the place and had a great time, just steps from the waves, our dogs loved playing on the beach in the early morning hours before visitors started arriving.
