Beach N Bay Bungalow offers coastal furnishings that beautifully compliment the home with accommodations for 8 in the Pelican's Roost complex with beautiful bay views. A blend of neutral colors infuse the light-filled living space with calm and relaxation awaits you! During the winter months you and your guest will have access to the Port A community Heated Pool located only 1.6 mile from home.
The space features blended living and dining areas and open kitchen.
The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper and Smart Flat Screen TV for everyone to enjoy after a fun filled day at the beach. This beautiful kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your local catch of the day. Dining area seats six comfortably.
Down the hall are two cozy bedrooms with a sleeping nook for the kids. The master suite offers a plush king size bed, Smart flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and bathtub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed and smart flat screen TV. The detached second full size bathroom with a tile shower is located in the hallway right outside the bedroom and kids nook. Let the kids enjoy their own space in the kids nook with a twin over twin bunkbed. The master's beautiful mix of coastal colors provides a charming master suite with a plus king size bed, flat screen TV and full size en-suite bath. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed and two twin beds.

overall great stay
overall a great stay. some things that they could touch up on: some of the drains were slow: sink and bathtubs were slow to drain water. The white cabinets could use a wipe down, you can see everyone's fingerprints on it. and the trash can could be replaced with a step can instead of the tab release, it wouldn't stay closed. Other than those minor details, the neighborhood is quiet, we had everything we needed and it was a wonderful stay

We had a last minute change of plans for our weekend get away, I happened to stumble upon this place & I don’t regret it at all! Super clean, great location with awesome amenities, along with a great owners who are very easy to work with! We will definitely be coming back!

Our entire family had an amazing time. The check in process was great, we even gained access to the property earlier than our check in time. We ran into an issue with electrical plugs not working in one of the bedrooms however the management team was there within the hour to access the situation and resolved the issue. Definitely a place we will revisit.

Perfect little beach haven!
Easy process from booking online to checkout. The owner is quick to answer emails and helped us get a pet refund when we decided not to bring our dog. The condo is well stocked with basic dishes and cookware, including corkscrew for wine. Great location! Easy to get to beach or go into town for shopping and dining. The kids had a blast at the pool. It is well kept and super cute decor. Will use this place again!

Wonderful Stay!
We found a brief few days open at this property at the last minute, after a rather disastrous experience with a rental in SPI (which was under renovation but no one told us prior to arriving). This townhouse is beautiful, fully stocked, and perfect for our family. My 6 year old little girl went crazy over the bunk beds and mermaid pillow. While not on the beach, it's a very close drive. We loved coming back and relaxing, making dinner and having a comfortable home to stay in. Huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beach house with our family!
