With a great location at Cinnamon Shore North, Oceanaire offers the community’s Great Lawn as your front yard and the serene Dune Pool just across the street. You’ll have great views of both from front or back porches and from the third-floor tower! Enjoy wrap-around porches, designer interiors, and lots of extras!

MAIN LIVING: Gather in the grand but relaxed, open-concept space on the second floor. The professional-grade kitchen offers high-end appliances and an island with bar-height seating for five. It opens into the cozy den, where you can relax on lush sofas and chairs while listening to favorite music from the Sonos® surround sound system. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining table seats 8 for memorable meals under an elegant chandelier. On the dreamy porch, have a cookout with the gas grill and outdoor table overlooking the Great Lawn.
A second den on the first floor offers a 50-inch Smart TV and Xbox, a great hangout for the kids. They can pile onto the large sectional sofa with nautical stripes in an airy space flooded with natural light.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor has a king suite with plush bedding and a lovely en-suite bathroom. There’s also a bunkroom with four twin beds, a dresser, and storage space under the bunks, and it has its own detached bathroom. In the first-floor den, a queen pullout offers additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome more family and friends. Choose from two luxury king suites: a primary suite with incredible bathroom featuring dual sinks and spa-like shower with dual showerheads and gorgeous tilework and a second king suite with elegant bathroom with walk-in shower and brass fixtures. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Oceanaire is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Oceanaire the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Wonderfully appointed home!
Conveniently located. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and nicely decorated. Provided beach towels (we were told to bring our own) and enough toiletries for a week. I was apprehensive about the price but was not disappointed. Two possible repair items: The bar ice maker makes a racket; probably needs to be checked. Left rear burner on outdoor grill does not heat up.
