Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Lounge with family and friends in the second floor’s open-concept gathering area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room under vaulted ceiling, and dining area. A large, round dining table seats eight, while three barstools line the kitchen island close by for more guests. Stylish tile backsplash and woodwork add sophistication and style, while a powder room adds convenience. Stroll onto the second-floor balcony from the living room to enjoy lakeside views from lounge chairs or other seating areas.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds—one with creamy whites and driftwood browns and the other with palm-print bedspread and dark brown accents. A third, open area offers two twin over full bunkbeds. A buffet area offers a wine refrigerator and Keurig for your convenience.
On the second floor, the primary suite offers handsome bedding and a private balcony. You’ll love the spacious, primary bathroom, with double vanities, walk-in shower, and a relaxing, sunken bathtub.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Grace House is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Grace House the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great place!
We have stayed in cinnamon shores over the past 8 years and this is one of the best layouts. House was clean and had nice decor. Would definitely look to stay at this house again.
