The people were super nice. The only issue I had was I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was really dirty. The toilet also looks like it doesn’t get cleaned often. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was really good and the lady serving all the breakfast in the buffet was very nice.

It was a good experience
It was a nice room; clean, comfortable bed. There was no bed bugs. The sheets were nice and clean; carpet was clean. The staff was friendly. The only reason I give 4 starts is bc the upstairs guest was extremely loud most the time, but the hotel staff did resolve the issue pretty quickly every time I called about it.

Should be called “ Sorry for the inconvenience “ hotel. Ice maker for all floors worked half the time elevator was out of service. Pool was out of service. Bed was not very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We were shocked when we arrived to see that this property was so run down. Everything was damp, in disrepair- it was very disappointing because it was a non-refundable rate, and way over-priced for the condition of the property.
