Welcome to High Tide, a real standout at Cinnamon Shore North! This sunny, 4-bedroom home boasts 2 primary suites, a fun bunk room, inviting interiors, and outdoor dining. With views of a neighboring community lake and a chef-worthy kitchen, it’s perfect for a family beach trip. Plus, you’ll have access to resort pools, eateries and amenities.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor, the open living space welcomes you with an inviting and open family room, dining area and kitchen. It’s truly the centerpiece of the home, with 30-foot, cathedral ceilings and wonderful coastal sunlight streaming through windows and doors to the expansive deck.

The kitchen is a wonderful place for all to gather and reminisce about the day's adventures. Sit at the large center island while the chef of the group uses the five-burner stove top to whip up dinner. Two dishwashers and all the pots, pans and kitchen essentials needed make it easy to cook and clean up afterward!

A round dining table seats six in contemporary dining chairs, while the swordfish on the wall presides over memorable meals. The fresh, all-white décor feels beachy and modern.

During downtime, relax by the flatscreen TV on the cozy sofa or in handsome wingback chairs.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
The first floor features two King bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring custom tilework and bench seating in the walk-in showers. The bunk room with its fun bedding can sleep six kids comfortably and has plenty of built-in storage space for games and beach toys. Enjoy a DVD library and Smart TV to keep kids entertained.

Upstairs, the second-floor primary suite features a lovely, king-size bed with tufted headboard and walk-in closet. Double vanities and a large walk-in shower with bench seating complete this adult retreat. The suite offers private access to the second-story balcony with park and community views.

GREAT FEATURES
Enjoy both sunrise and sunset on expansive porches and decks that surround the home. Sitting areas for intimate conversations abound, and a large outdoor dining table and gas grill invite you to cook out at least once during your stay. A full washer-and-dryer keep beach towels and vacation wear ready to go. When you stay at High Tide, you have access to all Cinnamon Shore amenities, including the fitness center, eateries and three pools.

High Tide is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering High Tide the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
