Loved the view, easy parking even though you have to pay. Right on the marina. Amazing views. Deep 9 foot pool with a great view. Breakfast included. Bar on the top floor with great views. 10/10 recommend

Pay for parking, noise is free.
First room was excessively noisy. A non-stop whine-then-squeal that was low talking-voice loud. I was given another room, but the HVAC system in this room chattered away all night like a rusty old fan. It’s an older building, so maybe some of this is common but it’s not a good place to get some rest. 2nd room also had very low water pressure in the shower. I checked out a day early, almost certainly losing my money (I don’t know yet - staff was not clear on this other than they couldn’t help since I booked online). Last time I “book online”. I wholesale fail to see the advantage - the couple behind me in line paid less for essentially the same room.

Great location. A pleasant walk along the bayshore path is just across the street, the art museum is an easy walk away, as are some very nice restaurants. However, for some reason it is kept very cold. Also, the balcony doors could not be opened, which was disappointing

Good Downtown Hotel IN Corpus Christi
I've stayed at this hotel a number of times previously. Great location downtown with marina right across the street. Older hotel but well maintained. Several restaurants/bars right behind hotel to walk to. Website should state that there is now a $20. per night parking charge which was a surprise.

From our window balony the view was amazing! Front desk area is very welcoming. They greet you as soon as they see you. Staff there is so amazingly great. Especially in the breakfast room! Enjoyed our visit to the Lounge area.
