I stayed here seven nights during New Years and occupied the deluxe family room Central location, good wifi, friendly staff, clean facilities. Because of its central location, it can get quite loud. The security guard is unfriendly and glued to his phone but the other staff is helpful if you ask. Overall, average place with decent prices.

Bad outways good 10fold very unhappy
Staff was nice checking in was easy the room size wasnt great but close to everything ,alot more bad points than good points!! Window glass was broken so boarded over !! Window in the bathroom was broken aswell !! Mattress so to small for the bed !!! For wasnt clean clean sorta just cleaned very quick!! Under the bed was boxes with charcoal ect in!!! Room had a musky moldy smell ,lobby to crowed with General public wanting to go diving not good for guests,way to meny lights outside the room so even at 12pm(midnight) with the lights off inside the room and the 1 infront of our window you can still see the light beeming in through the window and curtains they need black out blinds or reduce the amount of lights outside the rooms !! This is not a £30+ per night hotel this is a £20 max a night would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN unless they drop the price alot we thought pay more get better how wrong we was !!!

The owner was reasonable and very hands on. She wants everything to be in order which we appreciated. While there were areas of improvement, the overall stay was awesome and will recommend this for budget friendly accommodation.

Good location, but that’s all
Terrible. For this price, I expected toiletries, at least. Room & bathroom, very basic. At least room was big enough for an extra bed. Manager was surly; staff was nonchalant. This place really doesn’t care about its guests. But I liked the open design of the building, with a kind of atrium, which made me feel less miserable. It’s walking distance to the quay & town center.

非常棒的選擇
非常物超所值的飯店（性價比），雖然硬體不如大飯店，但是工作人員的態度與熱情，絕對是大飯店感受不到的，非常主動且非常積極去解決房客的問題，能真的感受到當地人的溫度，很棒的選擇
