This lovely 2 bed room / 2 bath condo is located just walking distance from the beach. We are situated at the last beach access before the 4 X 4 beach access so you are just minutes away from taking a ride on the beach to see the wild horses. In addition, you can just walk to the beach from our condo in only a few minutes.

The condo itself has a lovely kitchen with large island with plenty of seating. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you need if you would like to stay in and cook or grill outside. The living room offers a spacious area for you to relax, watch some TV or play games.

Enjoy the large heated community pool. Cabanas are available for rent daily. Book now for your early checkin and relax by the pool and order from The Salty Rim while you wait for your check in time!

Community clubhouse and gym are now open!

Much needed Vacay
Beautiful condo, quiet neighborhood!! One block from the beach!! The development has a nice bar, where you can get a drink and a bite to eat!! It is also is close to multiple restaurants, miniature golf and a few store's. The view of the lighthouse is also beautiful!!

Awesome Outerbanks Getaway!!
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment! SOOO close to the lighthouse, maritime museum and beach access - both by foot and 4WD! Lynn and Chris are excellent hosts! Easily available and VERY helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Will DEFINITELY be statying there again!

Wonderful stay in Corolla
We enjoyed the cottage, plenty of space and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is excellent, close to the beach and also walking distance to nearby lighthouse, park and shops. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by the wonderful manager. This property was perfect for our stay. Everything about it was excellent. The only reason I gave an overall 4 out of 5 stars was because I would have appreciated a heads up that the condo community was still under construction. There was construction work going on all around us during our stay, which was actually not too disruptive/annoying, but did come as a surprise.

We very much enjoyed are stay, the Beach was in walking distance the pool was very nice and easy to access. The Condo was neat and clean and the owner Lynn was very easy to reach and responded quickly. This was our first time to NC Outer Banks and it did not disappoint.

Wonderful stay in Corolla
Everything about this place was great- spotless , well equipped condo, very comfortable for our family of 4. Loved the location - so close to beach and the Corolla historic park as well as many restaurants. We walked to almost everything! Great Get Away Spot
We spend 3 days, a last minute booking, and had a great time. There is still construction going on nearby and it wasn't a nuisance like I assumed it might be when we checked in. The home is beautiful, and a short walk to the beach and a nearby center with restaurants and retail stores. We would visit again for a longer stay.

We had an amazing time during our stay. We loved that it was dog friendly yep super clean and owners very quick to respond if we needed anything. The pool was great and never too crowded and the beach was just a quick 3 minute walk. The only downside was the construction and the gym was not yet completed. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in Corolla
We enjoyed our week in Corolla and this condo was in a perfect location for our family. The unit is brand new and very well laid out. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there is a community pool just across the street. Any issues we had with the unit were quickly addressed by Lynn. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch in the living area. We really liked the extra-long island in the kitchen, too. There is a lot of ongoing construction around the property, but we were usually out at the beach during the day when the noise was the loudest. Parking was very convenient and the walk to the entrance of the unit maybe 30-50 yards. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to make it back to the Outer Banks.
