Inside you'll find children's books and board games, a Bedroom with 2 Full/Full Bunks (Double bed over a Double bed) that shares a full hall bathroom with a Den with a Queen Sleep Sofa, TV/DVD and patio access. The garage has beach chairs, adult & kid bikes, beach games, tennis and pickleball equipment and a full size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Great room with smart TV, surround sound stereo, wood fireplace and deck access. Renovated and fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 8, hallway half bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with a private bathroom.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and large private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with books and DVD movies.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
