The stunning **Villa Kalypso** is a beautifully designed, classically styled property set amidst secluded grounds, offering ultimate privacy while being just a stone’s throw away from the dramatic clifftop coastline. This enchanting villa features a fabulous pool located directly in front, along with an outdoor kitchen, complete with BBQ and dining facilities housed in a separate building that can be fully enclosed when needed. The garden provides partial sea views, while both the living room balcony and upper floor balconies offer spectacular panoramic views of the glistening sea, making it the perfect spot to enjoy spellbinding sunsets.
Guests enter the villa via a few steps leading up to the main entrance, which opens into a spacious hallway giving access to a generous living room. The living space is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring plush sofas, a Smart TV, and full air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to a furnished balcony that overlooks the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The fully equipped kitchen, with all modern appliances, also includes an indoor dining area. The main floor offers two elegantly appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom features twin beds, while the other boasts a king-sized bed with access to the main front balcony.
The upper floor is dedicated solely to the master suite, which includes a king-sized bed, a private balcony with incredible sea views, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious whirlpool bathtub as well as a shower cubicle with Jacuzzi jets. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for guests’ enjoyment.
The villa also offers a children’s playground area, located on a grassy plot and shared with the neighboring **Villa Erato**. Just a few minutes' drive or a short 15-minute walk away, guests can explore the beautiful Prasoudi beach, with its inviting sandy shores and a charming family-run taverna offering traditional Greek dishes.
