Layout

The interior accommodation is laid out on two levels, the ground floor
with a very stylish and comfortable lounge with fireplace, a dining
room, kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom. A twin bedroom,
double bedroom, and bathroom is located on the first floor. Outside, a
long, shaded terrace runs the length of the house and is equipped with
a big outdoor table and seating. Gated steps lead down to a separate,
smaller terrace, with bamboo seating shaded by an umbrella. The views
from the terraces are outstanding.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views
from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
