The Old Stone House is a traditional rental property, centrally located in Nisaki Village Corfu, with a private pool, stunning views over the Bay, three air-conditioned bedrooms and charming external seating facilities.
It is accessed via a short steep track that winds up behind the village of Nissaki; it has a standard layout split into two levels and is draped in vines and colourful bougainvillea. The Old Stone House is spacious for a family or party of 5 persons, who will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Layout
The modern, fully equipped kitchen and shower room on the upper level are set slightly apart from the central part of the house. Right attached to it, with a different entrance, there is a continuation of the house, which consists of a small living room with a front balcony and stunning sea views, one double and one single bedroom, both facing also the sea.
A wooden staircase lands on the lower level, with a second small sitting room, a double bedroom and a bathroom, where the washing machine is found.
A door opens onto a small terrace on the left-hand side of this bedroom.
Pool and Terraces
A few steps lead down from the house to the private pool (8m x 5m) with a circular section for children, which offers exceptional views of the sea and the Bay below.
The stone-paved terraces remain sunny most of the day, offering all the necessary facilities for someone to lie back and unwind.
There is also an excellent shaded terrace to the side of the house - perfect for those seeking a dinner al fresco whilst watching the luxury cruisers passing on their doorstep.
Location
Despite its distinctly homely simple theme and characteristic traditionalism, the house stands out for its exceptional stonework, constructed in 1951 by village artisans.
The local amenities are only a few meters away, whilst the secluded coved beaches are located within a ten-minute walk.
