It is an impressive villa located less than 3 km from the Viana Palace and 5 km from the Cathedral Mosque, Historical Center of the city of Córdoba.
Fully equipped, bright and very quiet, comfortable and impeccable where you can feel at home in a unique land.
The entire chalet is rented and is located in one of the best areas of the city, halfway between the city center and the Córdoba mountains.
With an enviable location, it allows you to visit Córdoba if you wish and, being close to the mountains, it offers an enviable environment for leisure and recreation. Furthermore, as it is outside the controlled parking perimeter, parking is free and there are always areas available to park. At the Fair, direct bus from the door of the chalet to the entrance of the Fair every 30 minutes.
The chalet is completely renovated and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, TV, all new and renovated expressly for vacation rentals.
The chalet is made up of 5 rooms, two of them with a double bed (one of them with a single bed) and the rest with 3 single beds. It also has three full bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary for a magnificent stay with families or groups of friends.
