Stay far away from this place its a dump.
I would never recommend this trash place to anyone and its not a safe place for anyone police are always at this hotel all the time due to chaos and the staff and managers dont care about you they only care about the money nothing works in the rooms and the rooms are old trashy and dirty as well as there towels and linen .

We booked this room to stay during a hurricane. The staff went out of their way to allow us to check in early. The room is in dire need of a facelift. The sides of the bathroom door were peeling apart. The bathtub had rust . The bathroom fan did not work. All that said, it was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Old and moldy
Girl at the front desk was helpful. The room was very old and not very well kept. Bathroom was old and the walls were full of what looked like mold. Shower had no hot water or pressure. Only reason we stayed there was because we had to evacuate from a hurricane .

Arrived at 1 for checkin, no rooms available. Back at 2:40, no rooms avail. Place was sold out due to storm. Stood in lobby till 4:30 so as not to lose my place in line while staff member physically walked around to check for rooms that were cleaned and ready. Finally Got a room, no AC only to find out that over half the rooms had no A/ c. This is FL with high temps and humidity. Why sell out rooms that are ‘ broken.

Stay away from this place!
This place was a nightmare during hurricane evacuation. Stood at the desk over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff that was hiding in the hallway. Plumbing problems in sink and bathroom, no ac working in entire hotel. Manager was looking for fans to purchase for guests. The room was very musty so air hadn’t worked for a while. TV did not work. People being arrested in the parking lot. Room was so bad we waited in our vehicle as we tried to get another room in a different hotel. Checked out one hour after check in. At least got a full refund

If i could give the property a zero I would. We booked for 3 nights and after a terrible check in with staff not being competent and giving wrong info, the room worn and paint peeling off room doors, the air conditioning not working, the extended stay not equipped for an extended stay, the kitchen had rusted equipment and not working appliances, we decided it was unsafe, unsanitary and noisy, we forfeited our next two nights to get out of there the next morning. The reviews had to of been falsified or we wouldnt have booked there. Please remove them from your list of places to stay.

The folks that work here are great but the property is in dire need of attention. The coffee machine had no pot, the cupboard drawers and fronts were falling off, the hot plate did not work and the paint and rust was coming through on inside of microwave. The floors could have been cleaner as well and fridge was in need of replacement. Not sure how you can have a place in dire need of repair open for rentals but when a hurricane is coming, it’s amazing what we will accept.

Evacuated here due to Milton and the pictures were definitely deceiving. Although i was happy to be safe from the storm there was mold in the shower curtain, a missing TV, missing knob on stove, smelled pretty bad, pretty dirty and had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself, no pots or pans for the stove, no complimentary items such as coffee for the coffee machine, shampoo/body wash, there seemed to be sketchy activities going on outside possible prostitution, be prepared to pay a $100 deposit that was not mentioned on the description, wifi is also not free, there also was not a fire alarm which is definitely a safety hazard. Overall not great but it did its job.

Scary drug/prostitution den!
Dirty and very scary! We’re told upon arrival not to back in our car because the police run the plates throughout the night because of human trafficking. People were hanging out outside the rooms all hours of the night into the morning. Room reeked of cigarettes, toilet ran all night, cockroaches in the elevator, no shampoo or conditioner, stove dirty and burnt but no pots or pans, and we DEFINITELY SUSPECTED PROSTITUTION. I asked specifically to not be on the side of the hotel where all the people were out in the walk way and asked if we could possibly get a 1st floor room because I have asthma and was told no but they had an elevator and I wouldn’t be on that side of the hotel but that’s exactly where we were put.
