Good location, good service and nice rooms.
This hotel is very easy to find and is opposite the Cite de l'Europe, where you can find a range of restaurants and shops, also nearby is the Carrefour petrol station which is handy for topping up. The room was good and so was the breakfast. We travel with our dog and was able to eat next to restaurant with him. Outside there is plenty of green areas to walk the dog. Parking is plentiful. We have stayed there 6 times now as a start and end point of our journey to Italy. We have noticed that the evening meals are not as good as when we first stayed, probably when the new management started. The choice is certainly not as varied or good, but we now know we can walk over the road and choose from a variety of restaurants so that is not a problem. We will be happy to continue to use this hotel twice a year.

Sleepless night.
We have had many pleasurable stays at this hotel - last nights stay was certainly not one of them. We were surprisingly given a disabled room - as we got into bed it became apparent that the matttess was bigger than the base which made it almost impossible not to slide out unless we spent the night hanging on to the edge - resulting in a sleepless night. This is a has always been a great hotel for service and location.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good value. The hotel is divided between four neighbouring buildings, so you have to pay attention to which one you have a reservation at. There is plenty of parking and the location is convenient, albeit not particularly characterful!

I was very happy with my stay at the B&B Hotel 3⭐️ at Calais, the accessible room was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel very close to Cité Europe was walking distance. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will return if I ever return to this area.

Another good stay very close to Eurotunnel.
We stay at this hotel at least twice per year, and we like everything about it, from the proximity to the trains, to staff, food, room, etc. Rooms are quite basic but have everything you need, not sure about the flooring choice...bathroom is small but ok, maybe they can add 2 more towels. There are loads of good restaurants in 1-2 minutes walking distance, not to mention the shopping mall.

Friendly receptionist, plat de jour- excellent, comfortable bedding, the aircon was a little bit noisy.. but overall very good; not forgetting very secure parking and perfect for using the Channel Tunnel.

Comfortable stay.
We stayed one night before our ferry crossing home. The guy in reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The bathroom was compact but a great shower. Very good value for money.
