The staff are amazing, the location was excellent just a 2 minute walk from the central station and metro stop. 5 minute walk to Tivoli then 10 minute walk into the shopping centre in gammel strand. Loads of places to eat, dine in or take away. If you do get a take away you can take it back to the hotel and sit in the dining area to eat. It’s friendly, it’s super convenient, they even have a bunch of games in a tote of an evening. I paid for breakfast for my 11 year old on one of the mornings, there was loads of choices! Free teas and coffees through out the day in the reception/ lounge areas. Great hotel, only negative and it’s minor… the bathrooms are in dire need of make over, otherwise comfy beds, warm rooms. Happy guests

It is located in a very central location close to the Central train station. The breakfast was very good. The room size was decent. There is a prostitution activity on the street after dark. Just be careful as those hookers get aggresive if you are walking on the street as a single man.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating! Room was small but all we needed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We had to walk to some things, but are used to that. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic value for money!
Everything about our stay was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable, and extremely quiet. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold items. The location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk from central station and very convenient for getting around. We walked everywhere!

Superb location. Convenient to the metro, tivoli gardens and the train station. Staff were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the room was really basic and cramped. The bathroom had cracks in the sink and toilet. No air con despite it being 28 degrees.

Hotel is close to the train station, which is our favorite. The triple room was small compared with the one we stayed in Stockholm, Sweden and Arrhus, Denmark. We did not feel welcome during the check in. We felt judged and disrespected. However, we felt welcome when we got to the room and saw the note in the bathroom mirror. We felt the consideration. The bathroom is SMALL and the bathtub was overflow with water during shower (room 307). We had to stop the shower to let water clear and start the shower again. Luckily, it was not that cold yet in the room. I assume that is the trade off to stay close to the train station.
