Dear Evelyn, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologise for your unpleasant experience with us. This is definitely not the impression we wish you to leave our hotel with. Regarding the cleaning of your room, our reception informed our housekeeping the morning after, and our housekeeping changed all your sheets and cleaned your room with extra care. Our housekeeping do not touch any of our guests’ personal belongings, which could explain your unmade bed on the 3rd day. TV remotes can, unfortunately, run out of battery, and we gave you new batteries right away. We charge money for our luggage service as a personal locker is far more secure and safe than storing all of our guests' suitcases in an open room.
