Comfortable hotel in a great part of the city
Nice stay, excellent location for exploring the city, great service from the staff, reasonably priced (for Copenhagen) drinks and food. My only real complaint is our room fronted onto the main street and it was frequently *very* noisy in the very early hours of the morning with either drunk people or insanely loud road sweepers and bin lorries. On the positive side the area was very clean! Oh, and the pillows were terrible, one wasn't enough and when I asked for another one (which to be fair was provided immediately) it was too many, my neck still isn't right! All of that said, I would absolutely stay there again but I'd ask for a room off the main road.

A beautifully decorated hotel with a very unique and artistic style throughout. The hotel is close to everything you could possibly need in Copenhagen, we walked to most of our destinations as it’s so centrally located. The hotel staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived too early for check-in and were able to leave our bags to collect later whilst we explored the city. Our room didn’t have any tea making facilities, but we were provided a tray with tea and coffee making facilities when we asked at reception. Whilst we didn’t take full advantage of the free wine and stocked mini-bar, it was really appreciated as a gesture. The only slight negative for our room would be the shower which was open to the bedroom with a frosted glass door, not a problem if you’re sharing with a partner but may be if you’re staying with someone who requires more privacy! We would definitely stay there again, it’s a stunning hotel and the staff were amazing.

I loved this hotel. It’s stylish and fun. The room was clean and very very quiet! The staff was friendly and helpful! In just a short walk you are on the walking street of Copenhagen filed with shops and restaurants! I would for sure come back again.

To me this is a younger hotel The rooms are well equipped but not a luxury property . Don’t love the front desk and check out , long waits . Restaurant has slow service menu is ok

Was a nice hotel but only has stairs to reception besides a tiny lift to get you to reception and you have to walk a maze. They have main lifts to the room floors but that first floor is difficult to maneuver if you need a lift.

Original style throughout lifting the hotel public areas and our room above the normal ubiquitous hotel chain. Benefits from its neatly 3 Yr old refit. Very quiet despite centrally located. 10min to harbour, 10 min to metro etc

Loved the Hygge lounge with real fire and the vinyl room. This hotel has quite a quirky character. The staff are all excellent and the rooms have free mini-bar with free top ups available from reception on request. Rooms are serviced every 3 days but if you want clean towels more frequently then they are available from reception. Beds are comfortable and hotel is quiet. Breakfast usual fare with omelettes and fresh coffee/good quality herbal teas available (or fizz if you wish)
