There is a room with a double bed and two single beds, a room with a double bed and three single beds and a room with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a first floor shower room, a ground floor shower room and a ground floor basin and WC, as well as a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, an open plan dining and games room with a dining area and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove and a sitting room with an gas fire. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with furniture. An Maide Ban is a lovely cottage and a great base for your holiday.

This is a great cottage with flexible accomadation for up to three families
The kitchen facilities were good with plenty of plates and everything provided like dishwasher tablets. The host was brilliant sorting a minor alarm issue wilst we were out for the day, peace of mind that this is provided along with cctv outside the property was nice for us as anglers. The location is fantastic for Cootehill and the surrounding area with a very friendly bar/social club just short walk up the road. There is a lovely view out the back and whilst we stayed in autumn I'm sure it would be great in the winter with underfloor heating etc.
