Great Hotel with comfortable beds!
Older hotel that is being updated. Room was comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was nicely updated and the air conditioner was cold. We had a first floor room that faced the water and it was nice to sit on the patio chairs in the evening. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, but we didn’t feel unsafe.

This was a great stay. The hotel is newly renovated (August '24) so everything was nice and new. The area was peaceful and the lovely dock off the back of the hotel was lovely also.

The rooms were very nice and clean, newly remodeled. The only suggestion I have for the room is to provide a shelf in the shower to put bath items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

This place is mid-remodel. We stayed in a nicely remodeled suite. Plenty of room. Clean. Nice. Jacuzzi is out of commission but the pool was nice. I’ve stayed here before the remodel and it’s way nicer now.

Was a good place to stay for the night. Room was recently remodeled and enjoyed being on the river. The floors in the bathroom had mud so that made you wonder how clean the room was but other than that quiet room in a location that we wanted.

We originally chose this hotel because it was in the location we needed and it listed a pool and hot tub. First night there we took our kids to the pool, i wanted to sit in the hot tub. Needless to say the hot-tub was all boarded up and had caution tape around it. The pool was a great temp, kids were enjoying it until the front desk person came in to tell us no jumping what so ever or horsing around. My kids are 8 and 10 who were doing cannon balls (mind you we were the only ones in the pool). This was the first hotel we have stayed at that our kids weren't allowed to enjoy the pool like they always do. Our room was clean, updated and very spacious. Ice machine was broken so ice to cool down water or to have in drinks. It would be great if the front desk can inform guests before they arrive what items are out of service because that can determine if they will want to stay there or not.

Terrible if not any ADA accommodation. I was told they would provide a stool to get up on the bed and was not. Smelled terrible. I found BED BUGS the first night….I left immediately. They did issue a refund. But other guests were still there and more guests were checking in. The hotel should’ve evacuated and closed to fumigate. Or at least let grits know. Pool was cold, hot tub area had plywood and caution tape. NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE PORTRAYED. DO NOT STAY HERE. I recommend Mill Casino Inn.

I have stayed at this property several times in the . Service is always great and I was given a ground floor room as I had requested. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room looked to be recently renovated. The bed was newer and very comfortable. Fresh paint with pleasing modern colors gave the room a much updated and modern look. I'll gladly be back on my next trip to Coos Bay.
