Very clean and quiet, breakfast at 5 am is very good for getting on the road fast, COFFEE was a great eye opener for the road. Clean room and comfortable bed, but was a musty smell had to leave door open to air out, other than that it was very clean and had appropriate amenities. Disable king room was not wheelchair accessible, needs roll in shower ! Ice at back of building not well lit or properly placed for accessing.

Rooms were entered from the outside. Unfortunately it was raining hard when we checked in. The access card to our room worked intermittenly. The tv wouldn't pick up any channels initially without a reboot of the direct tv system. The bed was very comfortable and the shower roomy and very clean.

The only 2 things we really didn’t like was finding hair in multiple places in the room on counters and in shower like it wasn’t cleaned well and a dirty microwave. The 2nd thing is the bathroom paint job was not done very well and the bathroom ceiling is discolored from what looks like mold.

We’ve stayed here many times this last 3 years. We seem to be given the same room that needs to have the toilet seat tightened ( I’ve asked but not done) the food was the best part compared to the other places we stayed. The location and convenience keeps us coming back. It needs upgraded

The only reason i didn't give this property a one star for terrible was because the front desk staff was so nice. They get a 5 stars because they moved me to a different room trying to find a suitable place. I had requested a pet room because i have a 4 pound Yorkie that does not use the bathroom inside. The first room we were given reeked of cat urine. I told the lady I'd sleep in my car before staying in that room. She gave us another room which was acceptable. The next morning we found a live bedbug on the bed even though i had checked mattresses the night before, and they looked okay. I took the bedbug to the office, and the lady got the manager on the phone. She offered to refund that night and we could leave. I was booked for 2 nights and i told her there was not another hotel in the area i could go to. This was a very small town. She moved us to a third room for the 2nd night. All this to say, this was a very exasperating stay, and last i checked, i still don't have the refund.
