Room above 224 had squeaky bed as all night long the sound kept us from sleeping. Was making noise when people rolled over or changed positions, possibly. Was not constantly making noise. Hotel staff were excellent and hotel was in good shape and clean.

Not worth the money they charged. Front desk is depressing. Bed is not comfortable, restroom doesn't have a fan, It smells bad. Road noise in the room. Forget about the breakfast, no options to eat. I will never go to this place again. Hotels.com reviews are not reliable in this case.

Overall the hotel was just okay. The property needs to be updated. A paint job and new carpet would do wonders. The mattress protection cover on my bed was badly stained with blood and what appeared to be urine. I removed the cover and took it to the front desk. The front desk clerk brought me a clean one.

No hot water…
The staff was great! Everyone was accommodating and kind. First day there was no hot water? Then next day, NO WATER for an hour or two, then red rust water for too long. Worrying about water was not the highlight of trip.

great stay under bad circumstances.
Love the beds and pillows. We were there for a funeral and I appreciated the check in process. There were several family members staying in the hotel also and we used the lobby area quite a bit. I found them to be understaffed but still so nice and helpful.

Room smelled heavily of cleaning products like trying to mask a smell. Bedding had hairs in it and stained. Disappointed as it claims remodeled but not accurate. Broken tiles in the bathroom and dust was so thick on vents. This place needs a good deep cleaning.

The staff here are very sweet and helpful. The facilities and our room were very nice, well kept, and clean. They had all kinds of pillow thickness/softness which I loved and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would come back here again.
