First, I needed an early check-in. Without hesitation, they were able to accomodate me. Upon arrival, the front desk was expedient, and very friendly. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and quite large for one person but was definitely comfortable for two. Finally, what most people are concerned about, it was very, very quiet. I will definitely be staying there again!

Friendly & Welcoming Hotel
Amazing check in service. My daughter and I were traveling and arrived late, tired and hungry. The front desk was friendly and offered food suggestions. The hotel is clean, well lit and very close to Coastal Carolina University. The continental breakfast offered a variety of food and the staff was friendly, welcoming and on top of making sure the stations were clean and stocked.

Stayed in Fairfield Conway twice and was completely satisfied with how clean and comfortable our stay was. Front seat was polite and helpful. We used Uber throughout our time in the area without any issues.

The only issue I had was checking in. Tge staff would not address me for over 10 minutes trying to check in. One person was helping someone the other may have been closing her drwaer but the only person the greeted me was the customer checking in. I did address this to the front desk the next morning. The bartender was great and the restaurant staff was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice staff and very clean comparative speaking. Hotel standards have changed over the years so possibly 5 stars based on that. We had most of what we needed. Housekeeping only comes every 2 days so 2nd night we needed a couple of wash clothes and shampoo since upon arrival ours was empty. That said, the amenities provided such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were much better than expected. We will stay here again in the future.
