Please understand, we have a big backyard and are in close proximity to open fields. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- DO NOT park on the grass or on the street as we have multiple parking spots on the left and right driveway at the property.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed.
- No smoking/ illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM.

We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

This villa offers its guests a water park and a fitness center.
