the bed was ok, and the room could be nice if maintained. The bathroom door handle was broken off, holes in the ceiling with black mold, hard spots in the carpet like gum, toilet handle lever arm snapped off so I had to take the tank cover off and operate it from the chain, this was not repaired for the second night I was forced to stay here. Door was hard to figure out because green light didn't come on until you turned the door handle. Broken furniture and appliances piled up next to the office. Lobby door was still locked at 8:30 am. Speaker for the bullet proof glass was dangling making feel like a horror movie.
During the hurricane it was safe. The water was sheeting but it did not enter the room The only complaint I had was the carpet which was very dirty otherwise no complaints. The electric went out but that was not their fault that was due to the hurricanes the whole community was out so I left I did not stay for the second night which I paid for no refunds is their policy.
