The charming house can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include wifi, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine and a TV.

The absolute highlight of the property, however, is the extensive outdoor area. In the spacious outdoor area of the property, you will find an outdoor swimming pool where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On warm afternoons, you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers on the lawn and cool off in the cool water of your private pool which is also fenced to ensure the safety of the children. On the large uncovered terrace you can spend hours relaxing with your loved ones. In addition, there is a beautiful covered dining area outside where you can dine together at the long table overlooking the garden. You will find a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals after a long day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower.

The nearest supermarket is 800 m away, while the center of Conil de la Frontera, with its numerous stores, restaurants, cafes and bars, is less than 5 minutes drive from your front door.



After about 15 minutes walk, you will find a selection of stunning beaches along the sandy coastline, including Playa Fuente del Gallo, Mirador Playa Conil and Playa de Roque. Parking spaces are available at the property.Pets are allowed (on request).
