Lovely traditional style house
This is a beautifully renovated and decorated house suitable for couples of a family. It was very clean, well equipped and the owner, who lives next door, is super friendly. We had heavy rain for 4/6 days but the wifi worked well so we were able to work. The house is in a small neighbourhood just outside the centre of town - only 10-15 minutes walk away from the old part of town and the lovely beaches. There was a small supermarket within 10 minutes walk and a larger one 2 minutes by car. The immediate environment is a mix of newer and older properties with some small-holding. This meant cockerels crowing loudly all day and night plus barking dogs (always a problem in Spain). We did acclimatise to it gradually. Thanks Pacqui for being a great host.

An Absolute Gem
What an absolute gem of a property. Probably one of the best we've rented in Europe. It has everything you need for a great holiday (ok no pool but with an outside shower and fabulous beaches 5 minutes drive away, who needs one?) The house is easy to find on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera with a secure gated access to the private drive. The property is dark - as are most Spanish properties; a combination of style and practicality for keeping the heat out during the day. It is spacious with 2 bedrooms, one double one twin. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, microwave and small oven for food preparation. The lounge area is generous and comfortable. It is outside where the property really excels with a well maintained garden offering sun and shade in equal measure. Sun loungers, a dining area on the terrace and a very generous BBQ area to the side of the property. At the rear is a laundry room and drying space out of sight of the rest of the space. As I said, no pool but we didn't miss it. The outside shower is excellent for a quick cool down between sun sessions and there are tremendous beaches within easy striking distance - 5 mins by car 20 by foot. The owner is very friendly and welcoming living in the house next door. Met with a map of the area and recommended places to visit (every one we tried was well worth it). The street is narrow and the property is on a corner so bear that in mind when hiring a car. (A top of the range SUV may not be your best choice). There is a drawback to the location, Conil has a lot of festivals/fiestas and it can get quite noisy on a weekend. The local sports complex (about 600 - 800 metres away as the crow flies) hosted a fairground and several large marquees each with their own musical offering. The Saturday 'evening' went on 'til 6am Sunday morning - the local Farmacia sells an excellent line in ear plugs. Plenty to see in the area if you can drag yourself away from the local beach. Unless you enjoy the hustle and bustle, and very little personal space, head to El Roqueo to park and walk down to the beach and the warm Atlantic waves. Gets busier late morning, Conil is a Spanish holidaymaker destination. Further afield we were recommended Bolonia beach and this truly is stunning. The sea is as clear as a swimming pool and warm; wide golden sands and a large sand dune at the far end. Ample attended parking (1 Euro 'tip'). Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Sehr gepfegtes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten. Da nicht zentral gelegen ist ein Auto von vorteil.
Objektübergabe verlief problemlos. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es waren auch sehr viele Pfannen vorhanden, aber nicht alle waren ok. Zum Kochen wäre mehr Licht von vorteil. Wir hatten in der Waschmaschine 60 Grad Wäsche gewaschen, leider pumpte die Maschine nicht selbstständig ab.

Hemos estado como en casa. Casa cuidada con cariño, en perfecto estado y con todo lo necesario para pasar tantos días cómo se quiera. Jardín precioso con un porche para salir a comer, cenar o simplemente disfrutarlo. Máxima comodidad al tener el coche dentro de casa. Paqui muy atenta y accesible en todo momento. La casa respondía exactamente a lo esperado por el anuncio: todo impecable, con buenos armarios y en perfecto estado. Pero si tengo que destacar algo excepcional es el jardín, cuidado con esmero y con multitud de plantas: una maravilla que he disfrutado muchísmo. Paqui, la casera, no puede ser mejor mujer: atenta a todo pero sin agobiar. Seguramente uno de las mejores casas rurales en las que he estado.

Durchatmen und Entspannen
Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtetem Häuschen verbracht. In dem schönen Garten gibt es sonnige und schattige Plätzchen und so kann man selbst im Urlaub auch mal gut zu Hause bleiben. Paqui ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Wir haben den langen Strand von La Palmer, Conil mit seinen schönen Kneipen und Restaurants und auch das Umland sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Paqui

Perfekter Urlaub
Unsere Ferienwoche inm Haus in Conil war einfach wunderschön - bestes Wetter, eine saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft mit einer super-netten Vermieterin vor Ort. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, Conil ist ein toller Ort mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Gassen zum Schlendern und der Strand ist einfach nur wunderschön und riesig lang (16km lang, ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt). Ideal zum Seele baumeln lassen - man braucht nur ein Auto.

Ruhige und entspannte Tage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Garten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann hier wunderbare ruhige Tage verbringen, ist aber auch in 25 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, so dass man auch den Grill gut nutzen kann. Eine Info wäre für uns aber wichtig gewesen: die Betten sind alle nur 1,90 lang.....

Schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen
Wir waren Mitte September für zwei Wochen als Paar in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Anwesen und können die positiven Bewertungen ausdrücklich nur bestätigen. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten gefallen, den wir genutzt haben, wenn es für den Strand zu windig oder zu kühl war. Trotz des Stadtnähe ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Für Ausflüge haben wir meistens das Auto benutzt, lediglich der Wochenmarkt am Freitag ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Paqui war per Whatsapp immer sehr schnell für uns erreichbar, für die Kommunikation hat uns der Google Translator gute Dienste geleistet. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das ländliche Umfeld in der Nacht, zuweilen haben Hunde gebellt, und morgens haben die Hähne gekräht. Insgesamt haben wir in der Casa Estefania einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht, deswegen können wir dieses Ferienhaus auch nur empfehlen.
