The living room features a beautiful stone, gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen is the perfect blend of rustic and modern charm, featuring new counter tops and sink, plus a new stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer. A chic formal dining room/sunroom is one of the many spots to gather together and has a great view of the lake. A full bath with shower and washer/dryer is also located on the first floor.

You will find all three bedrooms located on the second level. Beautifully decorated with modern fixtures and delicate touches, each room has its own unique feel. The double bedroom features a private bathroom with shower.

Enjoy the lake with a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine from the large outdoor patio surrounded by lovely raised flowerbeds. Unwind and wade in the gradual lakefront, or take the canoe and kayaks out for an exciting lake adventure!

This property sits at the very South end of Conesus Lake, which means you are one of few that get to enjoy magnificent views all the way up the lake!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
