The only issue was Saturday night there was no parking. Luckily I had an electric car used the charging spot. Sometimes the front desk was unmanned and had to wait to ask questions. Breakfast was great and the staff helped with special diet foods.

The property was close to the highway and to our concert. Our room was very clean. The parking lot had a bus taking up several spaces, so parking was limited and tight. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest I’ve been to. I was disappointed to pay $10 for parking when it was ope/unsecured behind the gas station. I don’t recall seeing this in hotel description. Front desk applied my Honors membership for water that evening but didn’t remove the parking fee? Overall room and property was very clean, bed comfortable and staff very friendly & accomodating. I’d stay again for a function.

Receptionists are absolutely the best. Best check in experience. And the late night receptionist is also an absolute treasure. I hope these ladies always make green lights, I hope their coffee always hits and their bags always be full

The buffet could’ve been a little bit better. It was just waffles eggs and bread no meat. The room was nice because it’s new. The bed were comfortable. No pool they have plenty of room to put one.

Newer hotel - room was very comfortable, shower was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. It sets in a very small area between a very busy road and the freeway, with an old building in front and behind. Not convenient to get to if you don't know the area.

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars was because of the very unfortunate situation we had at check in. We had notified them that our check in would be very late ( past midnight) and they assured us that was completely fine. Upon arrival at midnight, nobody was at the front lobby. I rang the bell for assistance for 30 minutes!! After we decide to leave and find a different hotel, we were exhausted and just needed a room to sleep. I did have a 2 night reservation so did go back the next day, hotel overall was very nice.

The staff was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. My daughter loves the waffles. The location is a little off. It's behind a gas station/liquor store and barbor shop. We were there the fourth and they were doing fireworks in the barber shop till 10:30. U have to have a key at all times to get in.
