The noise made by the other hotel guests was the worse than I've ever dealt with in Las Vegas! I let it go thinking it'd stop and finally fell asleep. However, then the noise woke me up at 2:00 AM so I called the front desk to complain it continued until after 4:00 AM. I had two rooms and when I told them I wanted a refund or a discount because I wasn't able to sleep, of course I was told no. If you're looking for a party hotel where they don't care how late you stay up yelling, laughing and partying as loud as you want - then this is the perfect place. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel.

They gave us a dirty room. Beds used all room a mess I called in advance to made them aware we were going to arrived passed midnight and My family was exhausted and they gave us the most far away room we had to walk and walk only to find out the room was used And we had to walk back to get a new room Horrible experience

The staff was really nice. The thing I didn’t like was we didn’t find out about the parking fees until we checked in even though there was a event at the time of our stay that was free parking but if your staying at the hotel you get charged parking per night. They can work on the cleanliness of the rooms.
