Stayed there for a wedding. We arrived at 2:30 to try to check in and get ready and they refused to let anyone check in before 3:00 and at 3:00, they were still waiting for a list of the rooms before they could check anyone in. I have never encountered a hotel that would not let anyone check in slightly early.

Was my goto hotel for the area but policy changes about towels and shampoo/ soap three limit when we had four guests. We needed to bring a used towel to get a clean one for the fourth person. 😞

Hotel was clean and nice. U was unable to watch Netflix using my personal account as the TV kept stopping every minute or so. My sister had the same problem in her room and moved rooms, but the problem was the same there too. The area I parked my car had a tree that dropped sap all over it. It would have been nice to have a sign warning me.

The staff was so nice and friendly. We enjoyed staying at your facility. The room was very clean. I forgot one of my bags there, with my driver's license in it, and when we called; they said they would mail it to me, or hold it till I can come and get it. Awesome Service!! Thank you so much!
