This new 2 bed apartment sits on the t-railway walking/biking/ATV trail which follows the coast. Summertime during the fishing season, the bay is full of fishing boats. View whales feeding right from your living room and dining room windows. See beautiful sunsets directly across the bay and when there is a rolling sea you hear the rocks rolling on the beach, like rumbling thunder.
The space
Brand new accessible 1020 sq. ft 2 bedroom, 3 bed, walkout apartment overlooking Conception Bay. The Living Room and Dining Room offer an oceanfront view of CBS. Private Driveway and entrance. Million dollar sunsets across the bay and amazing views of boats fishing cod and whales feeding.

Boaters: Room to park 2 boats with trailers. (**difficult turn for larger boats 22ft plus.) Boat launch is less than a minute away. Boat trailers and vehicles can also be left at the boat launch for free.

An immaculate place. Beautiful view, extremely clean place, lots of room. Owner checked in to see if anything was missing or needed. Would definitely stay here again. This place deserves a 10 STAR!

Amazing place!
This was a great location to have a peaceful stay with beautiful sunsets over the ocean, and was close enough to go do daily activities around St. John's. Great communication and the small details from the host made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this place.
