DESEPCIONADO
En realidad no me gusto para nada primero, la indicación para entrar al estacionamiento por serrano no esta indicado, la entrada es fea, esta en un callejón. para poder salir o entrar hay que llamar por teléfono al conserje y te abren. las indicación del personal muy malas, no me indico donde estaba el ascensor y subí las escaleras, al llegar arriba no encontré la habitación, tuve que bajar a preguntar y me llevo al ascensor, era una puerta que pensé que iba al sotano, muy viejo el ascensor. llegue a la habitación, lo que es seguridad de la chapa muy mala la deje con llave, empuje la puerta y se abrió sola, luces de la habitación quemadas, televisor muy antiguo, con cable, que se veía mal, el wifi horrible, sin señal ninguna de las señales captadas, la ventana no se abría mas de 10 cm. Y para rematar la estadía aparecieron 2 arañas de rincón. y si uno al contratar el servicio coloca que vas por negocios y un día, mínimo que te tengan shampoo para la ducha y jabón. Hasta el los moteles te dejan shampoo y bálsamo, mas el jabón. A pesar de todo esto dormí como los dioses, con lo cansado que estaba.

Nada bueno pesimo
Primero al llegar me estaban cobrando otra tarifa apelando a que no tienen promociones para la proxima asegurense de pegarle un pantallaso a la oferta finalmemte despues de un buen rato respetaron la tarifa les tuve que mostrar los coreeos y todo solicite con anticipacion un secador cosa que no fue posible porque no habia disponibilidad de estos la habitacion no era la que se oferta la que me direron no era la que yo reserve se escuchaba mucho ruido y la pareja de al lado no dejo dormir Y finalmente el desayuno fue pesimo poco y malo no era barra de desayuno.ni continental era un.pan con huevo o queso y jamon y tenia que pedir las cosas de a una mientras la chica iba y venia trayendo de a una las cosas muy malo el peor de los desayunos el agua tibia nada recomendable es la segunda vez que me pasa en este hotel por eso ya esta vez dejo el comentario hay mejores opciones nunca mas

Satisfacción en horas de descanso.
Muy bien, con relación a la cercanía del lugar que iba. Sin embargo, no hay aislamiento acústico con relación al dormitorio contiguo; se escuchaba cada paso del pasajero de al lado, incluyendo cada vez que salía de su dormitorio y caminaba por el pasillo, cada vez que lo hacía, en momentos de tratar de conciliar el sueño a la 01.45 de la madrugada.
