Very pleasant hostal superbly located in a bohemian area of town a block away from the university. Very simpatico, well maintained, friendly. It can be a little noisy from other rooms and from the nearby bars on weekends. I found that celestial white noise on YouTube played throughout the night at a certain volume alleviated problems with music both at night and from others moving about the hotel in the morning.

atención al cliente pésima y desayuno asqueroso
El lugar es lindo, especialmente la decoración de la sala comuna abajo. Tuve agua caliente y la ducha era práctica. En la habitación no había ningún detalle que enseñaba que alguien había pensado en la satisfacción o el bienestar del cliente. Cómo por ejemplo un solo jabón, líquido, para la ducha y lavarse las manos, que uno tiene que transportar. Las dos personas que me atendieron, en la noche y en la mañana, obviamente no recibieron ninguna capacitación para atención al cliente, me atienden super mal. El desayuno, no obstante los numerosos comentarios en este sitio, sigue realmente asqueroso, mejor no proponer nada.

Escuchamos quejarse al dueño porque decidimos cambiarnos de habitación (algo que el personal del hostel nos ofreció previamente) debido a que el agua de la ducha salía fría y había olor a desagüe en el baño. El dueño tiene todo el derecho a hacer esos comentarios, pero en privado, no donde los pasajeros puedan escucharlos. El desayuno deja mucho que desear.
