Welcome to this very pleasant holiday house, completely renovated, combining the calm of a residential area and the proximity of the city center and all amenities, beaches (8 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike), and the "green way" (well known bicycle path) , accessible directly from the house without taking the car.

The garden surrounding the house and the veranda offer different spaces where everyone can relax as they please.

The house has been fully furnished last year with new quality bedding, new household appliances and equipment (linen, dishes). Baby/young children equipment available: travel cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath, potty and WC reducer, adapted toys.

In a few minutes you will reach the beaches and the hiking trails (Concarneau, the Fouesnant Forest, Tregunc, Pointe de Trevignon, Nevez) or the main roads allowing you to reach Quimper, Bénodet, Pont Aven. For lovers of bike rides, you will immediately join the greenway from the house.

2-3 min by car: Grand center Leclerc (with petrol station, cultural space, optics, parapharmacy, etc.), Lidl, Aldi (open on Sun. mornings), bakery.

5 mins away: McDo, Buger King, bowling/laser game/escape game, cinema, Magasin Vert (organic and local food products, open on Sundays).
