Du calme et un joli cadre
Merci à Christiane pour son accueil très sympathique, sa discrétion et sa disponibilité. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé, conforme au descriptif, et la terrasse est très agréable. Ces 12 jours sont passés trop vite!!

Perché dans la montagne un petit coin bucolique, en toute tranquillité. une adresse à retenir
cet hébergement est idéalement situé : aussi proche des plages que de la rivière, nous avons pu profiter de ce contraste saisissant à notre guise. l'appartement est très bien équipé, le calme y est exemplaire (très appréciable dès le matin, avec le chant des oiseaux uniquement en guise de réveil ainsi qu'en fin de journée) Christiane nous a réservé un des accueils les plus chaleureux et n'a jamais hésité à nous donner de précieux conseils Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

La location correspond à la description qui en est faite , cependant je la déconseille pour 4 personnes ( 50 M2 inclus les pièces techniques) . La salle de bains est un couloir de 110-120 cm de large et le bac de douche 70X70, avec accès en angle, est impraticable aux femmes enceintes ou aux personnes corpulentes . Je ne suis ni l'une ni l'autre mais j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à me doucher sans dérégler la robinetterie murale ( qui bien sur déborde sur le bac...) Le coin salon se compose d'un fauteuil et d'un petit canapé . La vaisselle est strictement proportionnée aux 4 potentiels utilisateurs La propriétaire est aimablement venue nous chercher à l'église de Conca à notre arrivée en soirée ( la location est introuvable sans cela). Par contre n'escomptez pas excéder les 10 heures tapantes pour rendre l'appartement, même si vous avez fait le ménage et même si les autres locataires n'arrivent qu'à 15 heures. Notre vol étant en soirée, nous avions demandé la possibilité de retarder un peu ( 1 heure nous aurait comblé) notre départ ... mais MMe Garnier est venue reprendre possession de l'appartement à 10 heures ........Cela nous a terriblement déçu et avons eu l'impression d'être chassés. Nous louons régulièrement des biens et n'avions pas encore vécu ce genre de situation.Cela nous laisse donc un goût amer.

Super vacances
La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et même mieux. Les propriétaires sont très très acceuillants, de très bon conseils et très discret. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Rien ne manque dans cette maison pour passer de super vacances en famille. Cette maison est idéalement située à la fois près et loin de tout. C'est à dire que nous sommes à 10 min de la magnifique plage de pinarellu et une fois dans la maison nous sommes au calme. Encore un grand merci à Michel et Isabelle pour les délicates attentions. Nous reviendrons.

Praktische Wohnung in landschaftlich schöner Gebirgslage.
Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden unterschiedlicher Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klimaanlage wäre in diesem heissen Sommer angenehm gewesen. Zufahrt ist Übungssache.

beautiful small flat perfect for small family
The flat (house) is situated in a very calm and beautiful landscape only 10 minutes from the clean beaches (Favone, Canella, etc.) with cristal clear water and the fantastic rivers (our favorite: Solenzara river) The landlords are really nice and helpful. The flat is well equipped for cooking sessions with everything you need and with a dishwasher/ washing maschine. Theres is nothing missing! Good for small families, with one extra bedroom and sitting room with bunk bed and pull out sofa for kids. Everything was very clean, only the bathroom is a little small, but for 2 persons quite ok. We absolutely recommend this place and will come back the next years. Thank you Michel!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großzügigem Grundriss
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Leider ist Zufahrt zum Haus sehr schwierig. Auch die kurvenreiche Straße zum Meer kann etwas anstrengend werden und fordert viel Konzentration. In Conca selber kann man nicht viel machen...

La location correspondait au descriptif annoncé ; le logement est confortable et pratique, bien entretenu ; les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillants. Je recommande ce logement à tous ceux qui recherchent du calme sur cette partie de la Corse très fréquentée en été. Le village et sa vallée sont magnifiques.
