The air conditioner in the bedrooms are bad. The have lots of moisture and there is mole in the bedroom. I had respiratory problems and also got seek from eating seafood at the rooftop lounge i almost died. I vomited morethan 8 times. When i came down to the front desk for help they could not help me. There was no empathy. They did not have any first aid in the hotel. I was asking for simple toms and ask for a doctor there was no medical personel on duty. They also could not take me to the hospital even when i was completely hopeless. They called a taxi for me to take me to the hospital. I was admitted and once i was stablized the after 8 hours of treatments u was discharged with the doctors following up with treatment at my hotel room. I continued treatment for five additional days, no one from the management checked on me or showed any concerned even when i told them i had salmonella and typhoid from eating at the hotel's restaurant. They are the most uncaring people. I will never stay at that hotel agin. Stay away from drinking ginger beer or eating seafood at this hotel. The air quality in the bedroom is extremely dangerous. It would give you respiratory problems.

The noise level caused in the middle of the night by the trucks nearby was sickening. I was awakened by someone honking so many times. They need to find away to sound proof the rooms from outside noise. The restaurant injerra was top notch, the swimming pool, the service and the staff excellent

Always a safe clean place to stay, rooms have too much of a musty smell but at least they are trying to reduce the humidity with dehumidifiers . Other than that its comfortable and clean , great restaurant and pool gym area and they have a new small spa service with profesional massages.

The manager at the restaurant is most unprofessional I have met. I travel a lot and stayed in so many hotels around the world. The manager at the restaurant is rude and yelled at me, pointed his fingers on my face as a customer while sitting and eating. I ended up living the food and the place. He pretty much aggressed me while the put on my bill orders I did not. All I needed was an explanation and I ended up being humiliated by the so called manager. The emplyee at the restaurant named Barry is crook wanted to cheat on my bill and ended up getting caught. Will never use the facility and will never recommend again.

Horrible experience.
Horrible staff, not friendly, hot water did not work. The bed was broken, noisy. Zero customer service. Extremely disappointing at this hotel. Asked to grab a croissant from breakfast to take to my room, i was rudly told i would be charged for it.

Staying at Riviera Royal was such a unique experience. This is the first time that I stayed in a luxury bungalow in Africa. The staff are super friendly. Ms. Victoria from Russia, Blessing from Sierra Leone, Sauda from Guinea, Mohammed from Pakistan, Muad, Saran Berete, Alpha Camara, KatoraKabba, Diallo. The grounds are well kept. My room was huge and very clean. Breakfast superb. Very friendly staff. The shuttle bus clean and big. It was able to carry all 12 of our luggages and still have enough room for my family and I to sit comfortably. Will always patronize whenever I’m in Guinea 🇬🇳
