This hotel assigned me a quite room, but with window facing to a wall. Lighting was not sufficient. Breakfast place was small, jam-packed with room quests.

Room was renovated & clean but we were given a different room type when we arrived than what we booked (& paid for). The sink in the room was plugged & wouldnt drain & the fuse blew if you plugged hair dryer in at same time as the coffee maker which left us in the dark for about 15 minutes till they could figure it out. We were told it’s an older building and not uncommon to have fuses blow often. Not a terrible experience wouldn’t stay there again.

I didnt expect much from a motel but the room was very clean, large, big windows, a sitting area and a large bed up the stairs to the loft. Good coffee. Night staff (woman) was very nice and friendly. The continental breakfast was included. Not fancy, just grab and go, but it included bread for toasting, hard boiled eggs, Yoghurt cups. Juice bananas. Easy to find. Good parking. Amazing price. Right on a main road.

We were impressed by the size of the suite. Some bowls would be useful to include with the plates, and a full sized coffee maker for a suite that potentially sleeps 8, would have been handier than the 2 cup sized one available. When there are 4 guests booked, there should be 4 bath towels, not just 2. We had a 2 night stay and housekeeper did not visit the room to at least empty the garbage bins, and replenish supplies, such as coffee and condiments. We found perishable foods left in a kitchen cupboard, a comb in a drawer, a large plastic knife(Halloween costume type) in a closet, a pair of sunglasses between the couch cushions, and hair on the tub. The room did not have a recycling bin, so no option for recycling except for packing it out. Aside from that, this location was conveniently located. And gave us a good place to meet up with our son and grandson for some family time.

Overall good facility, most staff were excellent but the young man at check in counter was not the type of person one would want greeting guests as that's the first impression one gets in all situations. He was quite rude, wouldn't honour my confirmed booking room as I showed him on a confirmation email from them when I booked. Also very poor internet signal quality, unable to do any work as was constantly "kicked off" due to fluctuating poor signal.
