We have carefully designed our property to ensure a comfortable experience for a maximum of 8 guests in its 4 king-sized beds in each bedroom. We kindly request your cooperation in honouring this capacity, as it is a fundamental aspect of our hosting policy.

For enhanced security, we have installed 3 cameras:
The first camera is positioned at the front entrance.
The second camera is situated laterally, monitoring the driveway.
The third camera is located on the terrace.

We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
No pets or parties are allowed.
For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
Please note that we won’t be able to provide an invoice for your stay.
