This four-room villa is structured vertically, with an entrance and 2 independent gardens and a spacious patio with fireplace.Internally it is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a living room with double sofa bed, separate kitchen (with exit to the second garden), 1 bedroom with two singles and a service bathroom under the stairs. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms both with terrace and bathroom with shower.

In the house there isn't internet access at disposal.
