For starters, it was totally worth the price we paid! At first glance everything looks fine, but this place is very old, the basement is not finished, the wiring isn't right(we didnt have lights 3 out of 5 days in the master, while many others flickered constantly, bath towels & dish sponge were funkkky. This is our 1st VRBO, so not sure...was I supposed to bring my own-along with some type of cleaning agent such as lysol or bleach? I cooked raw chicken(cut on the tiniest cutting board),nothing to clean with except the open mouth wash left in the bathroom(luckily I brought disinfecting wipes). I would have removed that or atleast put a travel size in there...people are weird in this world---never would I ever use an open bottle of mouth wash at a rental property. Property seemed to be under construction--note:the door with all the dangerous stuff downstairs should be locked, probably with a new door knob--had our kids(15-17) been any younger it would have been an issue because you have a fun pool table right next to it, which we loved! Our first night, first shower downstairs-water leaked all over the floor, which owner said they'd take care of if need be, but we just stopped using it....no biggie--there were two more... but then the toilet stopped flushing correctly... instead of complaining to the owner every few hours I just let it go, its a rental, it's cheap, these are small issues... I just wanted to have a good time with the family without complaining constantly& I did
