This place had a terrible front desk staff- when you could find them. The rooms were gross. Floors (not carpet) are sticky. The bathtub faucet leaked. They said they would fix it and did not. I requested cleaning service, towels etc. and never got it. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels but had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk. Find another place to stay! The mattresses were actually decent.

The check in/ out process was easy. The room was clean and very spacious. Although the common areas of the hotel were warm, the room air was working just fine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well.

The front desk staff were great. They were helpful and kind. The room itself was dirty. The bathroom door had a lot of visible dirt on it. The ceiling had water damage and possibly mold. Last morning of my stay a large insect was in my bathroom.

Minor issues
Minor issue but the toilet paper rack was broken and the parts laying on the sink. Check in failed to complete the process so they struggled to check me out and release the deposit hold. Fifteen minutes to simply check out. Loose dogs were roaming the property.
