I'd like to begin with the 3-11 shift girl I wish I got her name, but she checked me in, and she was very nice. however, the 3-11 and 11-7a are two different stories. The man at the desk, the auditor was arguing with a guest while rolling his eyes in front of guests. i just wanted a drink from the empty sundri room, he asked by saying yes, not hello good evening or anything, as he was ringing me up a nice lady came up to ask for towels. he addressed her by did you need something, she looked at me and i looked at her and we smirked as what the h is this. he gave her, her towels and asked what room number of which we were not together right in front of other guests. Not safe blurting out room numbers, he asked for mine too now everyone know what rooms we are in. The fridge in my room was leaking water on the floor, the floor was dirty, my feet were black, i sat to wash them in the tub to see hair stuck to the sides of the toilet. The shower has no water pressure, and the shower heads are like from the 80's. The room was nice though until i pulled the sheets back to find hair in the bed. I just couldn't believe this hotel got an 8 rating. I checked in at 3 and was planning on staying till after breakfast but after the drink incident and the hair in the bathroom and bed we left at 4pm, i just couldnt sleep in filth! Never again

Never in my life did I imagine we were going to experience bed bugs and roaches! We were horrified! Plus there was a musty smell in my daughter in law’s room with stains in the curtains. Mold was evident and our bedding was stained. Pool was extremely dirty on the bottom and its surroundings. Staff helped until a local who is a frequent customer spoke up on our behalf. Inspection needs to be done asap! Needs to be closed down until it’s demolished and rebuilt.

Lady at the counter with tattoos on her chest seemed to get irritated after I went back downstairs to ask for a different room since there were 3 large flies inside my room, second room had a German cockroach, I headed back downstairs as I searched up a different hotel. Once at the front desk lady approached visibly irritated by my presence and said I would need to look for a different hotel. I was not rude nor disrespectful at all. I asked for a refund and they could not provide me with any type of receipt showing I would get a full refund. Extremely disappointed with the way she went about it as well as the owner I believe, he was very sour from the moment he came from the back room after I asked to speak with someone else. Anyone looking to stay out here in GA, I advise you to pay an additional $50 and stay somewhere else, these people don’t deserve clientele with the poor service they offer.

La habitacion aparentemente limpia pero no...las sabanas no habian sido cambiadas seguramente porque encontre cabellos y residuos de maquillajes . Cuando baje a la recepcion a pedir otras , las que me dieron estaban igualmente sucias y estrujadas como si no hubieran sido lavadas La cafetera de la habitación tenia agua muy en mal estado en su contenedor. La terraza de la piscina sucia con cenizas de cigarro. El elevador sucio .

Great value, older location
The hotel itself is a great deal for the price! Pros: comfy beds and pillows. Excellent full breakfast! Room was cool not typical for summer heat. Cons: had to pay $105 for a deposit and some tax not charged on hotels.com. What's up with that? Not ever had to do that before with hotels.com. Safety latch was broken on door so we had to push fridge in front of door. Hardwood floor was sticky/wet all night possibly due to how cool room was? (See pro comment) Overall great little older hotel in remodel process. Staff was handling a situation with a drunken/high passersby when we arrived which was a little disconcerting but area seemed decent otherwise.
