The tapping sound in refrigerator was a bit annoying. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast time changed on the weekend and we were not made aware of that when we checked in. There was no way of knowing that until we got to the breakfast area and found that it didn't start for another hour. Lucky for McDonalds down the street or we would have begun our journey being a bit hungry☹️☹️

Loved our stay! Bed was extremely comfortable & shower was amazing. Breakfast was top notch. Coffee was good and perfectly strong. Loved the larger rooms especially our son was there for OSU soccer assessment ID so it was nice to have a suite vs a regular hotel room.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at this property. The front desk person Samuel was very nice and accommodating. My nephew is going to OSU. He was able to check in early to his dorm so we had to cancel one night. Samuel worked with us pleasantly. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and kind. They have gone above and beyond to solve problems. I will for sure come back again and highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is visiting Columbus.

I made a last minute reservation for Christmas Eve. The place was very quiet, front desk check-in was smooth. The room was really nice - I wish I'd known about the kitchen facilities available during previous stays in the area. The breakfast was better than others I've had at surrounding properties.

Great experience
We had a wonderful stay. The bed was a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable. The room was clean and I was surprised at the size of our room! It had a kingsize bed, walk in shower, full refrigerator and even a dishwasher and small stove top with dishes to use in the cabinets. Amazing service and the breakfast was well set up with a full breakfast, not continental, so there was bacon, sausage, waffles, etc.
