I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my parents, and they had a good experience. They were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy bed, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring my parents felt welcome throughout their visit. They especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I’m so happy I chose this hotel for them, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Ten minutes after settling into our room we saw a bedbug crawling on the pillow. I asked the receptionist for a different room, which he gave us. After settling into this second room I went to the bathroom and here found a nice size cockroach chilling on the wall. No longer wanting to stay, i asked the receptionist for a refund, he replied, “I can’t do that, man.” If you don’t mind bedbugs or roaches, the place isn’t too bad I guess.

Lots of issues and not clean
Our recent stay at the Ramada was extremely disappointing. Issues began immediately: our first room had a broken TV and spotty Wi-Fi, forcing us to relocate. This move took over an hour, and by then, our dinner was cold and the evening disrupted. The next morning, we found there was no hot water, requiring yet another room change. When I expressed frustration, the front desk staff were dismissive and even hinted we might be charged for using multiple rooms—despite these issues being the hotel’s fault. The final room wasn’t much better: towels and a trash can were missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the overhead light was broken. Worse, every room we stayed in felt poorly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, this stay left us frustrated and disappointed. For the price, we expected much more. Given the multiple issues and lack of responsive service, we wouldn’t recommend this Ramada and hope management makes improvements to avoid this experience for future guests.

Front desk employee was great in meeting your needs, there's a odor in the walk way to the rooms like wet carpet, the laundry room should not be in the same room with the vending machines and ice machine.
