It was a good place for the purpose of my trip. Check in was fine, the lady behind the desk was wonderful . Only problem was thin walls and we were warned it was a higher crime area

Our stay was pretty much good, some areas were not very clean, the floors were uneven and ripped in places, ice machine did not work on either floor. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a huge plus! Tv was a great size and offered several channels with a guide. Overall the stay was good for the price.

Arrive to property and saw a car broken into an glass in various parking spots around the parking lot. They must have had multiple cars damaged in the parking lot within the last few days.

Going downhill

Normally our go to away from home. Guess we will have to find a new one. Room was clean. Bed was worn pillows were very used. Normally have a travel size body wash and shampoo. Had neither. Shower had no pressure barely pushed water

This hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Our room was a nice size and we didnt feel cramped even when a few family members stopped by for a visit. The only small issues were to make sure you pay with a card as they say they dont take cash. We typically pay with cash for most things and I didnt see anywhere that said cards only. The last small thing is that it would be nice if they stepped up the breakfast a bit. It was nice to have it, but very very basic. Overall, beautiful hotel, nice employees and we did enjoy our stay.

The website made the rooms look better then they were! Also I had to pay a deposit for both our rooms , I received one of the 50 dollar deposit and still 8 days later have not received the second payment. I called and was told both times I called it takes a few days to process and land in my account.. this trip was to visit my son who had a double lung transplant and was staying close to the hospital.

The hotel was good, the staff were warm and inviting. My only complaint is the best and pillows were way too hard. You couldn’t get comfortable at all. My husband is completely disabled and our room was on the second floor. Not to mention the elevator was out of order the morning after check in.
