In these days i never expect kind staff in hotels, but I am glad to say the receptionist was genuinely kind and empathetic. We arrived around 9:30 pm after a snow storm, and he gave us hot water because it was extremely cold outside.

Very nice hotel room with very pleasant staff. A big comfortable room in a great location. The breakfast was great. Only complaint was the shower had a body wash holder that was empty and the shower could be cleaned a little better. Other that it was clean, updated and very nice. Would stay again!

A clean and safe place to stay
Overall a pretty nice place. The room was big and clean. The hotel could use a little updating but it wasn’t too bad. I’d stay here again for sure. Super convenient to the resolute complex.
