Excellent service at a great hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay. Received a text message right after check-in to ensure that everything in our room was satisfactory. Everything in the room, lobby and outside was clean. The staff was extremely courteous. When I went down to refill my coffee about 15 minutes after the breakfast service was closed and food put away, the kitchen staff asked if I wanted anything to eat and offered to bring anything already put up. I politely declined, since my wife and I had eaten earlier. This was very kind and thoughtful.

The front desk staff said our room was ready and when we went to the room housekeeping was still working and hadn’t vacuumed or changed the bedding . We went to watch tv and it didn’t work, neither did the phone to call about it. No tv guide once the remote got new batteries. We were happy with the location.

Bathroom had a leak which caused manage amounts of water on the floor. Ice machine was broken and refrigerator in our room was not cold. We had to store our perishables in staff refrigerator.
