When we arrived late at night we were told there was no hot water, but it was better from the day before. They said it was luke warm but it was not. Our tv was out the whole 2 days we were there, they said they would see if they could call and get someone out, never heard from them about the matter again. Thermostat needed a battery, luckily you could adjust on the unit itself. The outside of the hotel was nice but nothing was being done to correct any of the items that were wrong.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was dirty. Trash under beds. Kleenex had not been restocked. Shower was dirty. Have stayed here several times before but this stay was disappointing. Maybe they are short handed but improvement needed.

East check-in but curtains were broken so we could not open and close them properly. One lamp was missing the light bulb. The breakfast bar was well stocked but the eggs, sausage and coffee were all cold. Won't be staying here again. This was NOT up to Holiday Inn's usual standards!

The property was ok, a little run down. The staff was very nice. The room we were in was very big but even though there were two window units in the room it could not cool down. There was also hairs on the shower walls which to me means it was not cleaned well. Will probably not stay here again.

Over all the room looked very nice , clean, comfortable pillows and mattress. But, there was a trickle of pee on the toilet seat which the clerk had cleaned/sanitized immediately. Breakfast had eggs, sausage (turkey and pork), pancakes, lots of breads and muffins and cereals and some fruit and yogurt. But, nothing for someone who is sensitive to wheat or to milk products. Bring your own! No oatmeal or alternative milks available. Maybe small town Holiday inns are like that? The staff was amazing.

Coating on bathtub was peeling off, wall control on a/c needed batteries, The TV froze up on several occasions.. I had to reboot box.. generally not comfortable.. the breakfast was pretty good though. We were in a handicap room

The staff was all helpful, and delightful but the property could use some updates. Our room had a strong mildew owner, and the carpet was grungy. It had definitely been cleaned, but looks like it should be replaced. Our AC made half of our room extremely cold, but the other half stayed hot. The walls and carpet around the AC union also appeared to be chipping. Over all this place could benefit from some renovations.

I have stayed at this property twice and each time it has not been a great over all experience. The first time I stayed I found someone’s underwear under the bench in the room, I let the staff know the room was never cleaned. The bathroom shower was disgusting, I did not even want to shower due to the shower not being properly cleaned. The second time I stayed, I inspected the room and there was PUBIC HAIR in the shower and the shower had black stains. I immediately asked to be changed rooms, the next one was not all that great, their was blood on the shower wall, the walls were dirty and again I did not want to shower neither did my family. I asked front desk if they deep clean the rooms to which I was told they only do general cleaning… I said they need to do better this is unsanitary, she said yes I’ll talk to them to up their game.. the General Manager really needs to *up their game* when it comes to cleaning their rooms or they should be reported.
