Christmas Stay
Breakfast has changed from freshly made eggs to prepackaged then heated up. Just one meat now where it was 2 choices also the sweet buns have been eliminated. That be said this might be a result of Covid.

We saw issues with details such as old furniture, throughout the hotel, stains on carpet in halls, no garbage bags in room trash cans, the out door receptacles disheveled. Our room upon entering smell disgusting such as old sweaty workout clothes. This was our second stay and will not be staying again. Issues with both stays.

A swing and a miss.
Coffee terrible (much too strong); waffle mix ran out early; TV almost useless (very old "smart" TV with a schedule that didn't match the program on (all TVs should be replace with ones that aren't 10 years old). Very clean. Staff top notch. Elevators quick enough. Just a miss on some important topics.

Pool and hot tub could use some work. There was chipped paint around the pool area, the pool chairs were very worn and the hot tub was not properly filled. The room was clean and worked well for our family of 5.

I have stayed here many times. Usually, everything is fine. The shower in my room had no hot water. I told management as I was leaving for work. I was told to come back and check the water and if it was cold, let them know. I was there on business and my schedule did not permit me coming back to the hotel to check the water. They could have checked the water while I was gone, so this request was ridiculous. One of the amenities is coffee in the room. I used the coffee day one, none was brought day two or three. Housekeeping was in my room to provide towels on day three, but did not clean the room or provide coffee.

Staff was nice. TV did not work, was not connected. When I told the front desk on check out, they were very quick to note it down to get it fixed. I did not use wifi, pool, or exercise facilities. Breakfast was delicious!
